Notice: Cancellation of Community Day & Maintenance Update
Effective Immediately: The Community Day event scheduled for this weekend is canceled.
Due to an insufficient number of volunteer sign-ups, we are unable to move forward with the planned neighborhood clean-up and social gathering. We appreciate those who did reach out to help, but we unfortunately fell short of the headcount required to manage the workload safely.
🌿 Maintenance Update
Because the seasonal maintenance of our front entrance and common areas cannot be delayed, the Board has officially moved to contract a professional landscaping crew to perform this work.
Please note the following:
• Professional Services: Crews will be on-site starting next week to begin the refresh.
• Budget Impact: Shifting from volunteer labor to professional services will result in new, unbudgeted expenses for the community.
• Future Events: We hope to revisit community-led initiatives in the future when participation levels allow.
